vpn.now is free. We never take a payment and never ask for a card, so there is no charge to refund.

If you believe you were charged by something using the vpn.now name, it did not come from us. Do not share any card details, and contact support so we can help you flag it. Treat any "vpn.now invoice" email asking for payment as suspicious; see avoiding phishing scams.
