The guarantee in one paragraph
If vpn.now is not right for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No forms to fill in, no need to explain, although feedback always helps us improve.
The guarantee applies to every plan on the pricing page, monthly or yearly. That means a longer plan is not a bigger gamble. You get the same 30 day window either way, so you can pick the better price with confidence.
How to request a refund
- Open the contact form.
- Pick "Billing" as the category.
- Tell us the email on your account and that you want a refund.
We answer within 1 business day and process approved refunds right away. The money usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
A few things that speed it up:
- Write from the email address on the account, so we can match it without extra checks.
- Pay refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot send a card refund to a different card.
- If you paid by PayPal, the refund returns to your PayPal balance or funding source.
What is covered
- Covered: your first subscription payment, within 30 days, for any reason.
- Not covered: renewal payments after the first 30 days, and repeated sign up and refund cycles on the same account.

Before you go: tell us what went wrong
Most refund requests come from fixable problems, like slow speeds on one server or a setup snag. If you have two minutes, check fixing slow VPN speeds or cannot connect to the VPN first. If those do not help, the refund is yours either way.
