Accepted methods

You can pay for vpn.now with:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • PayPal: link your PayPal account and renewals are handled automatically.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: available at checkout on supported browsers and devices.

All prices shown on the pricing page are what you pay. Taxes are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

How card details are handled

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by an established payment provider, and only a token plus the last four digits are kept so you can recognize your card in the dashboard.

You can read more about how we handle data on the transparency page.

Updating or replacing a payment method

  1. Log in and open the billing section of your dashboard.
  2. Choose "Update payment method".
  3. Enter the new card or pick a different method.

The new method is used at your next renewal. Your current period is already paid, so nothing is charged immediately.

Payment failed?

Common causes are an expired card, a typo in the card number, or a bank blocking an online payment. Try the payment again, check the card details, or use another method. If it keeps failing, contact support with the approximate time of the attempt and we will check our side.
