What the statuses mean
- Online: the server is healthy and accepting connections.
- Degraded: the server works but may be slower than normal. We are looking into it.
- Maintenance: planned work is in progress. Pick another server until it returns.
- Offline: the server is down. Existing connections will fail over to other locations.
Health is the live heartbeat from the server itself, updated every few seconds: Operational means it is reporting in normally, Delayed means we have not heard from it in a few minutes, and No signal means it has gone quiet and we are looking into it.
