How to cancel

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Open the billing section.
  3. Click "Cancel subscription" and confirm.

That is all. There is no retention phone call and no hidden extra step. You get an email confirming the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your subscription stops renewing. You will not be charged again.
  • The VPN keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • After that date, your devices stop connecting but your account and settings remain.

If you change your mind before the period ends, you can resume the subscription from the same billing page and nothing is lost. If the period has already ended, you can pick a plan again on the pricing page.

Cancelling within the first 30 days

If you are inside the first 30 days of a new subscription, you can get a full refund instead of waiting out the period. See refunds and the 30 day guarantee for how to ask, and the full rules in our refund policy.

Cancelling and refunding are different things:

  • Cancel stops the next renewal. You keep using the service until the period you paid for ends. No money comes back.
  • Refund returns your payment now and ends access. This is only available within the first 30 days.

Cancel vs delete

Cancelling stops payments but keeps your account so you can come back later. If you want your data removed too, follow the guide on deleting your account after you cancel.

Most people should just cancel. Keeping the account costs nothing and means your settings are waiting for you if you return. Delete only when you specifically want your data gone.
