Nothing to cancel

vpn.now is free, so there is no subscription and nothing to cancel. You will never be charged, whether you use it every day or not at all.

If you want to stop

• Just stop connecting. Turn the app off and that is it. Your account stays open and ready if you come back.
• Remove a device. Revoke any device from the devices page; its config stops working within a minute.
• Delete your account. If you want your data removed, follow deleting your account. This is permanent.

Choose between disconnecting, uninstalling, and deleting

Disconnecting ends the current tunnel but leaves the app and account ready for later. Uninstalling removes the app from that device, while its server-side device entry remains until you revoke it. Deleting the account is different: it removes the account data, devices, and keys and cannot be undone.

If a device was lost or sold, revoke that device before anything else. If you simply no longer need a VPN today, disconnecting is enough. Use account deletion only when you want the stored account data removed too.

What happens after account deletion

Existing device credentials stop working after the account and its devices are removed. Remove the app or old config files from each device afterward. The account deletion guide explains the retained security records and the final confirmation step.
