We want you to buy vpn.now with confidence, so every paid plan comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. This page explains exactly how it works, how to ask for a refund, and the few situations it does not cover. No tricks, no fine print traps. If anything is unclear, contact support and we will explain it.
In short: if a paid plan is not for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will return the full amount to your original payment method. The free plan has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

1. The 30 day money back guarantee
If you are not happy with a vpn.now paid plan for any reason, you can get a full refund of your first payment. The rules are simple:
- The guarantee covers the first 30 days after your first payment on a new subscription.
- It applies to every paid plan, monthly, annual, and two year.
- You do not need to give a reason. "It is not for me" is enough.
- The refund covers the full amount you paid, in the currency you paid it.
We may ask one or two questions about what went wrong, because the answers help us improve, but answering is optional and never a condition of the refund.
2. The free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is no payment to refund. You can stop using it at any time, and you can delete your account from your dashboard whenever you like. If you upgraded from the free plan to a paid plan, the 30 day guarantee applies to that first paid payment.
3. How to request a refund
Requesting a refund takes a couple of minutes:
- Open a ticket through our support contact form from the email address on your account.
- Say that you want a refund under the 30 day guarantee.
- We confirm the request, cancel the subscription, and issue the refund.
When a refund is issued, your subscription is canceled and VPN access ends. Your account itself stays open, so your settings are still there if you decide to come back later. If you would rather delete the account completely, you can do that from your dashboard or ask support to do it for you.
4. How refunds are issued
Refunds always go back to the payment method you used, through our payment provider. We do not issue refunds as store credit or to a different account. We process refunds within 5 business days of your request. After that, the time it takes for the money to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer, usually 3 to 10 business days.
5. Renewals and canceling
The 30 day guarantee covers your first payment as a new customer. To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, you can turn off automatic renewal in your dashboard any time, and you keep access until your paid period ends.
Renewal payments are not covered by the same automatic guarantee, but we are not in the business of keeping money for a service you do not want. If your plan renewed and you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it as long as the renewed period has seen no meaningful use.
6. What is not refundable
We keep the exceptions short, and they exist only to prevent abuse:
- Repeat refunds. The guarantee is for trying the service once. If you have already received a refund under this guarantee before, a new subscription is not eligible for another one.
- Accounts closed for violating our acceptable use policy, such as accounts used for network attacks or spam.
- Payments older than 30 days, outside the renewal situation described above.
- Chargeback abuse. If you file a chargeback instead of asking us for a refund, your account is suspended while the dispute runs. Please just ask us first, it is faster for everyone.

7. Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and never replaces, the consumer rights you have under the law where you live. If the law in your country gives you stronger refund rights than this policy, the law wins.
