Why your email matters

Your email address is how you log in, where receipts go, and where password reset links are sent. Keeping it current means you never get locked out and never miss a billing notice.

How to change it

  1. Log in to your dashboard.
  2. Open your account settings.
  3. Enter the new email address and confirm with your password.
  4. We send a confirmation link to the new address. Click it to finish the change.

Until you confirm the new address, your old one keeps working. This protects you if someone else gets brief access to your session.

Tip: confirm the new address before you close the account settings page. The change is not final until you click the link in that confirmation email.

The confirmation email did not arrive

If the link to the new address does not show up, work through these in order:

  • Check the spam and promotions folders of the new inbox.
  • Make sure you typed the new address correctly. A typo sends the link nowhere.
  • Wait a few minutes. Some mail providers add a delay.
  • Still nothing? Your old email is still active, so request the change again, or contact support from the address currently on the account.

Lost access to your old email?

If you can still log in to vpn.now, you can change the email yourself using the steps above. The confirmation goes to the new address, so the old inbox is not needed.

If you cannot log in and cannot receive reset emails, contact support. We will ask a few questions to verify you own the account, such as recent payment details, before we change anything.

What does not change

Changing your email does not affect your subscription, your devices, or your config files. Everything keeps working. You only need to remember to use the new address next time you log in.
