Creating an account takes about a minute:

1. Open the pricing page and pick a plan. Every plan includes the same apps, servers, and support.
2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
3. Complete payment. We accept major cards and other common payment methods. See the full list in payment methods we accept.

Your account is created as soon as payment goes through. You will land in your dashboard right away. Not ready to commit? Every plan is backed by our 30 day money back guarantee, so you can sign up, try it, and ask for a full refund if it is not for you.

Use an email address you check often. It is your login name, and it is where we send receipts and password reset links. A work address that you might lose access to later is a poor choice.

What you get right after signing up

The moment your account exists, you can start using it. From your dashboard you can:

• Download the vpn.now app for your device from its download page and sign in.
• Add a device and create a config on the devices page if you prefer manual setup.
• See your plan, invoices, and renewal date in the billing section.

There is no waiting period and no approval step. New plans are active right away.

Confirm your email

We send a confirmation link to the email address you signed up with. Click it to confirm your account. Confirming your email matters because we use it for password resets and billing receipts.

Did the email not arrive? Check your spam folder first. If it is not there after a few minutes, log in and request a new confirmation email from your account settings. Still stuck? Contact our support team and we will sort it out.

Choose a strong password

Your vpn.now password protects your subscription and your device configs. A few simple rules go a long way:

• Use at least 12 characters.
• Do not reuse a password from another site.
• Use a password manager if you have one. It does the remembering for you.
