Sign up

Creating an account takes about a minute:

1. Open the sign up page.
2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
3. That is it. vpn.now is free, so there is no payment step and no card to enter.

Your account is created right away and you land in your dashboard. There is nothing to pay, no trial clock, and no card on file. For what is included, see the free plan.

Use an email address you check often. It is your login name, and it is where we send password reset links. A work address that you might lose access to later is a poor choice.

What you get right after signing up

The moment your account exists, you can start using it. From your dashboard you can:

• Download the vpn.now app for your device from its download page and sign in.
• Add a device and create a config on the devices page if you prefer manual setup.
• See your data usage and account details in the dashboard.

There is no waiting period and no approval step. Your free account is active right away.

Confirm your email

We send a confirmation link to the email address you signed up with. Click it to confirm your account. Confirming your email matters because we use it for password resets and billing receipts.

Did the email not arrive? Check your spam folder first. If it is not there after a few minutes, log in and request a new confirmation email from your account settings. Still stuck? Contact our support team and we will sort it out.

Choose a strong password

Your vpn.now password protects your account and your device configs. A few simple rules go a long way:

• Use at least 12 characters.
• Do not reuse a password from another site.
• Use a password manager if you have one. It does the remembering for you.
